Meet Your Doctors
Another reminder of our Family Doctor launch event on 13th January, 6-9pm.
This is a one-off event for members to talk to medical experts and get free or discounted tests, there and then.
Meet an experienced team of doctors, gain expert insight into proactive disease prevention, and take advantage of complimentary and specially discounted medical assessments, all in a relaxed setting.
What to expect (timings subject to change):
6.00–6.30pm – Arrival and registration
6.30–7.30pm – Doctor introductions and expert panel: Protecting Your Health Before Problems Start
7.30–8.30pm – Free or discounted medical assessments
8.30–9.00pm – Closing remarks and informal discussions

Early Basil’s Closure
Please note that Basil's will be closing at 6pm on Saturday 17th January for a private event.
Members are more than welcome to enjoy Basil's as usual until then.
Your Voice, Heard
Continuing on from last month's Your Voice, Heard section, here is a short selection of common themes from the member survey, and what we have done, or are doing, to make improvements.
General Gym Etiquette
We are getting lots of comments regarding etiquette of members in the gym. Our staff are trained to ask members to uphold the etiquette and it is the club's expectation that members do so.

Also, please be aware that we will not tolerate abusive language or behaviour directed to any of our staff for them asking for the etiquette to be upheld.
Hot Water
We are aware of the issues with hot water temperature in the changing rooms and are actively working to fix the issue. We anticipate the temperature to be back to normal in the next day or so.
Kind Words to Staff
We'd like to thank those who have left kind words and thanks to our staff. The comments are shared with each person highlighted and it is really appreciated.
