Choose your preferred party, date and time through our online booking system. The initial booking covers 16 children, with additional children added and paid for before the party.

Once payment has been completed, your booking will be confirmed.

Parties take place at weekends, with available dates and times shown during the online booking process. Some party types have limited or seasonal availability.

If your preferred slot is not shown, it is either unavailable or already fully booked.

We recommend booking four to six weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Last-minute bookings may occasionally be available.

Our standard packages include 16 children, with a maximum of 22 children per party. Additional children must be added and paid for before the party, as we cannot accommodate unconfirmed guests on the day.

If fewer children attend than you have paid for, we are unable to refund the difference.

Our parties are designed for children aged 3–12. Suitable ages vary by party type, so please check the individual party information before booking.

Packages include your chosen activity, dedicated party hosts, party food, decorations, music and party bags.

All you need to bring is the birthday cake and candles.

The birthday child’s parent or guardian must remain on site throughout the party.

Due to limited space, we encourage a drop-off party for other guests. Parents are welcome to relax in Basil’s, our bar and eatery, while the party takes place.

Each child receives a lunch box containing a ham or cheese sandwich, crisps, Party Rings, fruit and vegetable sticks.

Please provide details of any allergies or dietary requirements by the Monday before your party. Nuts are present in our kitchen, so all food is labelled as “may contain”.

All activities are supervised by trained members of our team and delivered in an appropriate environment.

We will consider reasonable requests where possible, but activities and party arrangements will depend on the chosen package, facilities and available staff.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 28 days before the party. Cancellation requests must be emailed to juniors@colets.co.uk.

Cancellations made within 28 days are non-refundable, although we will always try to help you reschedule.

Free on-site parking is available for party guests. Vehicles staying for more than three hours must be registered at Reception.
