  • Summer Membership Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility This offer is available to new joiners only. Existing members are not eligible. Must be 17 years old and over.

    2. Prize £200 for non-members and £180 if referred by an existing member. To qualify for the referral price, the existing member's full name and membership number must be given upon signing up.

    3. Dates Summer Membership lasts for 6 weeks in total and must be used between 1st July - 31st August 2025. Membership will not be extended if membership starts after 20th July 2025.

    4. Payment & Qualification Membership must be paid in full to qualify for this offer. The membership must have a start date in July 2025 to be eligible.

    5. Children Each eligible Summer Member will be allowed to bring 2 under 17 family members as guests per visit. Children must live at the same address as the eligible member. All children will need to be checked in at reception before they can use the facilities.

    6. Non-Refundable Memberships purchased under this offer are non-refundable.

  • Member Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility This offer is available to current members only. Must be 17 years old and over.

    2. New Joiners The referred individual (“new joiner”) must join on a standard adult membership for the referring member to qualify. Concession, student, and child memberships are excluded.

    3. Prize Draw All eligible referrals will be entered into a quarterly free prize draw. One winner will be selected at random. Entry is subject to verification of both the referring member's eligibility and the new joiner's qualifying membership.

    4. Dates The current member referral cycle is from May-July 2025. A new cycle with start in August for the next quarterly free prize draw.

    5. July Double Entry During July 2025 only, all referrals be counted twice. The new joiner must join with a start date in July 2025 for the member to receive double entry.

    6. Prize The winner will receive:

      • 6 months of free Colets membership,

      • A £100 donation to one of our chosen charities in the winner’s name (Momentum, Home-Start, or Age UK),

      • Their choice of Colets merchandise: a water bottle, cap, or tote bag.

      Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative substitutions will be offered.

    7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted directly by the Colets Membership team using the contact details on file. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, another winner will be selected. This process will be repeated until a winner is successfully contacted.

      The winner will be announced in the next available Colets newsletter. The winner may choose to remain partially anonymous in this announcement.
