Sarb | Massage Therapist

Sarb is a massage and movement therapist with over 15 years of experience in human movement.
She combines hands-on therapy with targeted mobilisation techniques to reduce muscle and joint restrictions.
Her background includes over 30 years in health and fitness, giving her a clear understanding of how strength and cardio training load the body.
Sarb's experience in Thai and sports massage helps reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery through deep tissue work and assisted stretching.
