Junior Activities
Join us for a fun, active soft play session designed for little ones to explore, move and play in a safe and welcoming environment.
All children must be signed up in advance to secure a space.
A parent or guardian must stay for the entire session and join in the play.
Suitable for young children who enjoy soft play, climbing, crawling and exploring.
Come along for a lively, engaging playtime that both you and your child can enjoy.
Bookings
All children must be booked onto the session and signed in at reception.
Adults must sign in but do not need to book.
Bookings open 7 days in advance. Maximum 8 participants.
Only children accompanied by their parent or legal guardian can attend.
Sessions take place every weekend, except during school holidays when they run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. No sessions on bank holidays.
Equipment & Safety
Parents must remain within arm's length at all times.
A strict 1 adult to 2 children ratio applies.
A PAR-Q form must be completed at your first session.
All supervising adults must complete an induction and health form.
Juniors aged 8-12 can use first floor equipment except Biostrength machines.
Ground floor equipment and studios are not permitted.
During the Session
Meet the instructor at gym reception.
Login bands for cardio equipment must be returned at the end.
A 5-minute warning is given before the session ends.
Disruptive behaviour results in a warning, then a ban. This includes lack of supervision.
Each session features a mix of exciting activities, including outdoor games, fun challenges, circle games, arts & crafts and sports-based games.
It is the perfect way for children to stay active, make new friends and try something new in a safe and supportive environment.
All activities are led by our friendly team and are suitable for a range of ages and abilities.
Please bring: a named water bottle and suitable clothing.
Fun is at the heart of our junior squash coaching. Sessions help young players stay active, develop their squash skills and build friendships along the way.
Courses run over 11 or 12 weeks depending on the day and are charged separately from Junior Activities.

Swimming lessons help children build confidence and develop their swimming skills with expert instruction in a supportive environment.
Lessons are available for a range of ages and abilities and run at selected times throughout the week.

LES MILLS BORN TO MOVE™ Meditation (Virtual) is a calming session that helps kids relax, focus and build mindfulness through breathing, gentle movement and meditation.
Basketball is a fun, active session where kids can develop basketball skills through drills, games and teamwork.
It is perfect for building confidence, coordination and a love of the game.
Sessions take place on Squash Court 6.
A relaxed and fun running session where kids jog, sprint and play running games around the field.
Before the session: check in at reception and meet at the bottom of the stairs by the field.
Please bring water. This session will be outside come rain or shine.
LES MILLS BORN TO MOVE™ Movement (Virtual) is an engaging session where kids explore movement through fun activities that build coordination, balance, confidence and physical literacy.
Outdoor Adventure Club is an action-packed kids' programme that blends fun fitness games with exciting challenges to build strength, agility and confidence.
It is perfect for children who love to move, jump and compete in a friendly, team-based environment.
Every session is a mix of team games, obstacle challenges and mini fitness missions designed to boost physical ability while keeping things playful and high-energy.

I'm Lydia, and I've been leading our Junior Activities department since April 2021. My background as a kids club manager abroad has given me valuable experience, and I'm excited to make sure the children have the most amazing time imaginable. My passion for creating unforgettable experiences really comes through in my role.
