Introducing Colets Crèche, an exclusive service available to our members. Take a moment to unwind and exercise with confidence, knowing that your child is receiving excellent care in a secure and stimulating environment. We cater to children aged 6 weeks to the beginning of their reception year at school.

Our Crèche operates every week day!
Monday - Friday:
First session: 9:15-11:15
Second session: 11:30-13:30
£15 per session

We offer Drop & Go sessions on Tuesday - Friday.
For these sessions you are able to leave Colets to get those important little jobs done.
09:30-13:30
£35 per session

For children under 5 years old, we offer a convenient membership option with a yearly payment of £67.50 (which renews every year) or a monthly payment of £7.50.
When your child turns 5, they will automatically move to our 5-12 membership. Remember, this membership not only grants access to our crèche but also includes exciting swimming opportunities and a wide range of free activities starting from the age of 2.

Crèche supervisor
Hello, I'm Sian. I have been working at Colet's creche for over three years. Prior to this, I worked as a nanny for many years.
I've had a passion for childcare from a very young age and truly enjoy working with children of all ages. I completed my level 3 qualification at college. I am also a Mum to two children, which I absolutely love.
We understand at creche how difficult it can be to leave your child for the very first time; we're here to support you every step of the way. We'll work with you to help you and your baby settle in happily.

Hi, I'm Nicky. I started work at Colet's nursery almost 17 years ago and immediately knew it was somewhere I truly belonged and felt like I could make a difference. After having my son Charlie a couple of years later, I took some time off but returned when the time was right, as I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
After several years in the nursery, I moved into a role in the creche, which I have really enjoyed over the past few years. I am currently close to completing my level 3 qualification in childcare.
The best part of working at Colet's is the fantastic team and the wonderful families I meet, and I feel privileged to be a part of the children's journeys.

FAQs

As long as your child is a member at Colets, aged between 6 weeks and not attending school yet, they can come to Crèche. On your first session, you will be required to fill out a registration form so that the team know all they need to about your child. If you feel like you and your child would benefit from a Crèche settle session please contact the Crèche Team to arrange this.

Bookings can be made up to 10 days in advance online or at the main reception. Payment MUST be made upon booking. Colets reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings unless approved by Childcare management.

The gap allows our staff to give a detailed handover to those finishing the first session while being fully prepared for the children arriving for the second session. If you book both sessions there is no need to return between sessions.

If your child has had a high temperature (above 38.3°C) they may not return to Crèche until the temperature has been below this for at least 24 hours. If your child has had vomiting or diarrhoea then they may not return to Crèche until 48 hours since the last bout of sickness or loose bowel movement.

The session will automatically be credited to your child’s membership account which can be used to pay for a future session and is valid for 12 months from the issue date. This credit can not be used for online bookings and must be made in person or over the phone with the Crèche Team or main reception. In order to receive a refund back to your card this must also be done in person only.

All requests for cancellation must be made directly, by email, to the Crèche Team using creche@colets.co.uk at least 24 hours before the booked session. We will respond within 2 working days. If you have not heard from us within that time frame it is essential you contact us again. If bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session, no refund or credit will be issued. Please note that should your child be taken ill, or should the centre close due to conditions beyond our control, we cannot offer a refund.

Absolutely! We can provide a safe sleeping environment for your child with the right temperature, clean bedding, and cots that meet safety standards. Babies are put to sleep on their backs, our team check sleeping children regularly and are aware of the risks of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
