I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with specialist qualifications in Strength & Conditioning for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). My mission is to help people build strength, improve fitness, lose body fat, and become the strongest version of themselves - whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or preparing for competition.
