    My fitness journey began with high-energy group classes—Spinning, Body Pump, and everything in between. But over time, my passion evolved into a more holistic approach, one that prioritises longevity, injury prevention, and sustainable movement.

    In 2015, I discovered Classical Pilates and trained alongside master instructors, deepening my knowledge of core stability, alignment, and posture. This foundation has shaped the way I train clients today—blending traditional Pilates principles with strength and resistance training, tailored mobility work, and intelligent, age-appropriate programming.

    In 2022, I became certified in Reformer Pilates, allowing me to offer a wide range of supportive, low-impact sessions. Whether you're dealing with back pain, navigating menopause or midlife changes, or simply want to move with more ease and strength, I’m here to guide you.

I am currently competing in the Surrey Road Race Leagues, so I spend a lot of time training and preparing for the races. As an indoor cycling instructor, I use a lot of my outdoor knowledge and experience to fuel my classes.
