For us, September isn't just back to school, but it's back to fitness after some well earned time off. As we all get back into our usual routines in the run up to Christmas, we're on a drive to get the community as fit as it can be.

And with it being National Fitness Day and World Heart Day this month, we are well placed to help our members get and stay fit.

  • Mumma & Me Postnatal Reformer

    This one is for all our new mums out there. If you're looking to reintroduce exercise after giving birth, why not join us and allow yourself time for self-care to heal and breathe into better health for you and your family.

    Babies that are not crawling/walking yet are welcome to join you for the class.

  • Sound Bath

    Looking for something a little more meditative? Give our Sound Bath class a go and sink into a deep state of relaxation with a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.

    Our current Health & Vitality programme, designed especially for our over 60 members, starts on 1st September, but you can still join up until 8th September when the gym sessions start.

    If that's too soon, our next programme starts on 13th October, and booking for that programme is open now.
