As a community club we're passionate about group exercise. And with so much evidence that training with a companion can postively impact fitness levels and wellbeing, we want to encourage you to bring your training buddies with you more often.

Those who exercise with companions are 32% more likely to reach sufficient physical activity and 45% more likely to have good mental health*.

But if you're a lone trainer, that's OK too. We've got lots on offer for both solo or group exercise this month!

Our annual Fitness & Wellness Festival will take place on August Bank Holiday Monday (25th).

More details will follow shortly so get ready for a whole day of outdoor exercise, physical and mental wellbeing, fun, food and festival vibes.

Fitness Friday Returns - 11th July

We're hosting another day of workshops, talks and classes on 11th July. These jam-packed days of fitness fun are a real staple for members and non-members. A full itinerary will be shared shortly, but expect Barre & Bubbles with Vanessa Basson at 17:30.

Intelligent Cycling Masterclass

Join us for a Tour de France themed Masterclass with Intelligent Cycle's Master Trainer, Doyle Armstrong, followed by a Cycle Social and glass of bubbles, beer or wine in Basils after the class.

£10 fee which goes to DEBRA - the same charity we are supporting Becky & Sarah Thomas with, who are climbing Kilimanjaro in October.

Yoga for Men - 26th July

Workout of the Month!

Grab a partner and get ready to push each other through this month’s Partner Superset Challenge – a full-body strength and conditioning workout designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and keep things fun.

Working in pairs, you'll take turns powering through supersets before teaming up for a fast-paced erg finisher.

Let the friendly competition begin!
