Fireworks Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to non-members only.

2. The prize is one (1) adult membership to Colets Health & Fitness for one year. After this period, membership will need to be renewed at the current rate or will automatically lapse. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

3. To enter, scan the QR code, complete the entry form in full, and submit it successfully. Entries close at 12pm on 3rd November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

4. All valid entrants will receive one (1) guest pass to Colets Health & Fitness. Guest passes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and are for single use only.

5. A winner will be drawn at random on 4th November 2025 and notified the same day by a Colets Membership Consultant. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn and the process repeated.

6. Colets reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw or amend the offer or these terms at any time without prior notice.
