October Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 This offer is available exclusively to new joiners.
1.2 Existing members are not eligible.
1.3 The offer is applicable only to Adult Memberships.
1.4 No Joining Fee offer lasts until the end of 31st October 2025, no exceptions.

2. Exclusions
2.1 This offer is not valid in conjunction with any discounted memberships, including but not limited to:
   a) Annual Daytime Memberships
   b) Concession Memberships
   c) Annual Student Away Memberships

3. Health Assessment Booking
3.1 The complementary health assessment is available to new members only.
3.2 The assessment must be booked with the Gym Team and is subject to availability.
3.3 All health assessments must be scheduled and completed within the first twelve (12) months of membership.

4. Free Health Assessment
4.1 Health assessments must be conducted by a Colets Personal Trainer.
4.2 The standard charge for such assessments is either £46 or £55, depending on the level of trainer assigned.
4.3 This charge shall be waived for new joiners under this promotional offer.

5. Non-Refundable
5.1 Memberships purchased under this offer are strictly non-refundable.
