As we come to the end of the year with an exciting new one on the horizon, our thoughts turn to how we can continue developing our studio offering and strengthening the sense of community that group training brings: positivity, connection, and support. 

Some of our eagle-eyed members may have spotted a hint of what’s to come in November’s Fitness Friday. We’re thrilled to be partnering with Les Mills - global leaders in group fitness, known for classes built on cutting-edge science, powerful music, and expert instruction - a formula that has taken the world by storm. This partnership isn’t just a punt; we truly believe that group training and the breadth of new classes will help our members take their fitness and enjoyment to the next level. 

The Power of Group Training 

There’s something uniquely motivating about training alongside others. Group classes build consistency and drive in ways solo workouts often can’t. That shared sense of purpose helps us push harder, stay accountable, and most importantly, enjoy the journey. As one of our members put it, “It’s the shared energy and support from others that keeps me coming back.” 

Group classes also help remove the mental barriers that can hold us back. Our expert instructors take care of the planning, so all you need to do is show up, follow along, and leave feeling great. And the benefits extend far beyond the physical - many members describe a real sense of achievement and clarity after each session. 

Something for Everyone 

Every Colets member can find a class that suits them. Les Mills’ BODYPUMP is already a staple here, and we’re now expanding our timetable with exciting new programmes: CORE, BODYBALANCE, SHAPES, and RPM indoor group cycling. Each brings its own unique focus - from building strength and tone to improving flexibility, balance, and endurance. 

Our expert instructors, including our Head of Fitness, Anais El-Kadiri, are excited to introduce this new wave of classes.

El-Kadiri says, “What I love most about Les Mills is how it brings people together. Every class has this incredible energy; it’s not just a workout; it’s a shared experience that really builds confidence and community.” 

If Les Mills isn’t your style, don’t worry, we still offer over 160 classes each week, so there truly is something for everyone. Our evolving timetable reflects the latest fitness trends and caters to all ages, abilities, and goals, whether you’re in the studio, the pool, or outdoors at Cargo. 


However you choose to move, we’re here to help you feel more energised, more balanced and more you. We can’t wait for 2026 and look forward to continuing to support you and your loved ones on your fitness and wellbeing journeys.
