DAY 2: “Two-Minute Plank”

Hold for 2 minutes (or two 1-minute rounds).

DAY 3: “Three Classes Attending”

Join three classes this week - mix it up!

DAY 4: “Four Kettlebells Swinging”

Do 40 kettlebell swings (10 per ‘verse’)

DAY 5: “Five Gooold Reps!”

Add 5 extra reps to your final set in any exercise.
