Introducing Colets Crèche, an exclusive service available to our members. Take a moment to unwind and exercise with confidence, knowing that your child is receiving excellent care in a secure and stimulating environment. We cater to children aged 6 weeks to the beginning of their reception year at school.

  • Our Crèche operates everyday!

    Monday - Friday:

    For weekend sessions, you are able to leave site. Please ensure that your phone number is up to date on our system.

  • We are now trialling shoppers crèche on a Wednesday and Friday.

    For these sessions you are able to leave Colets to get those important little jobs done.

  • For children under 5 years old, we offer a convenient membership option with a yearly payment of £67.50 or monthly payment of £7.50. This membership covers your child from the day they join until their 5th birthday. Remember, this membership not only grants access to our crèche but also includes exciting swimming opportunities and a wide range of free activities starting from the age of 2.

FAQs

  • As long as your child is a member at Colets, aged between 6 weeks and not attending school yet, they can come to Crèche. On your first session, you will be required to fill out a registration form so that the team know all they need to about your child. If you feel like you and your child would benefit from a Crèche settle session please contact the Crèche Manager to arrange this.

    • Nappies and wipes

    • Spare set of clothes

    • Snack for AM session, lunch for PM session. Please ensure they are nut-free

    • Milk if needed

    • Appropriate weather clothing e.g sun hats, wellies etc

    • Fresh drinking water

  • Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance online or at the main reception. Payment MUST be made upon booking. Colets reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings unless approved by Childcare management.

  • The gap allows our staff to give a detailed handover to those finishing the first session while being fully prepared for the children arriving for the second session. If you book both sessions there is no need to return between sessions.

  • If your child has had a high temperature (above 38.3°C) they may not return to Crèche until the temperature has been below this for at least 24 hours. If your child has had vomiting or diarrhoea then they may not return to Crèche until 48 hours since the last bout of sickness or loose bowel movement.

  • The session will automatically be credited to your child’s membership account which can be used to pay for a future session and is valid for 12 months from the issue date. This credit can not be used for online bookings and must be made in person or over the phone with the Crèche Manager or main reception. In order to receive a refund back to your card this must also be done in person only.

  • All requests for cancellation must be made directly, by email, to the Crèche Manager using childcare@colets.co.uk at least 24 hours before the booked session. We will respond within 2 working days. If you have not heard from us within that time frame it is essential you contact us again. If bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session, no refund or credit will be issued. Please note that should your child be taken ill, or should the centre close due to conditions beyond our control, we cannot offer a refund.
